The ARC Talent Agency was founded in 2020 during the global pandemic by Jennifer Longley. As an experienced director of youth theatre, Jenny wanted to put her skills to further use by providing a safe and trusted place for the talented young people she had worked with to make their first steps into the professional world of show business.
